We have started to dismantle various bits of machinery prior to moving to the new workshop next month. Pictured is the spinning mule which we are part numbering and reducing to various piles on the floor, but we need to slow down as we're running out of space! We spent last week working with Alan Barrowclough, a master carding and spinning engineer, who is directing this work. Alan is totally 'can do' and tends to have seen it all before, so we are feeling positive as we get underway with what is a long and complex removal process. No problems.....so far!
